ARTSINGAPORE WELCOMES ITS 100TH ART GALLERY!

ARTSingapore 2008 welcomes its 100th exhibitor: Hwa’s Gallery from Shanghai, China. This year’s art fair is truly the biggest and most diverse with more than 100 galleries from 15 countries.

Here are some recently confirmed galleries to the fair:

  • Galerie Bhak, Korea
  • La Luna Gallery, Thailand
  • Mainichi Auction, Japan

Also, look out for huge sculptures of 2 - 3 meters high from Fine Art Centre (Taiwan), aboriginal art from Ballan & Pannan Galleries (Australia), a collection of contemporary Indian art from first-time participating galleries from India such as Art Alive Gallery, Art Musings, Arushi Arts, Delhi Art Gallery and Gallery Sanskriti.

You are in for a treat if you like Korean Art. This is your opportunity to check out the contemporary Korean art scene from 22 confirmed Korean galleries! New Korean participants include Park Ryu Sook Gallery, Gallery Neo, Gallery Yeh, Gallery SP, and Gallery Bhak.

We are also eagerly anticipating the arrival of Japanese galleries such as Megumi Ogita Gallery, Shonandai MY gallery, Gallery Tsubaki, Shinseido Hatanaka and Kinosho Kikaku. We trust they will showcase the avant-garde Japanese artworks presented in their galleries. For the first time in ARTSingapore, we will welcome 13 art galleries from Japan.
